Support for:
Tracey draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, selected according to your individual need, preferences and treatment goals.
These include:
There are several ways to access psychological care. Your eligibility, referral requirements and any rebates will depend on your circumstances. Please contact Tracey to discuss the pathway that applies to you and confirm fees and funding before your first appointment.

Speak with your GP about your eligibility for a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral to Tracey. A valid referral is required to claim Medicare rebates for eligible psychology sessions.
Eligible clients can receive rebates for up to 10 individual sessions each calendar year, with a further referral needed after the initial course of treatment. The rebate covers part of the consultation fee. Tracey does not bulk bill, so an out-of-pocket gap applies. Please ask about the current fee and rebate before booking.

Psychological treatment for a work-related injury or illness may be funded through WorkCover. A referral from a medical practitioner is required before treatment begins. Please provide your claim number, insurer or agent details, and confirmation of your treatment funding.
Your entitlement to treatment and any approvals depend on your claim. WorkCover pays according to its funding rules and fee schedule; a gap may apply if the consultation fee exceeds the funded amount. Confirm coverage and any personal costs with your agent and Tracey before attending.
Some extras policies provide benefits for psychology consultations. You can contact Tracey directly without a GP referral, but check with your health fund that your policy covers the service and recognises Tracey as a provider.
Rebates depend on your policy, waiting periods and remaining annual limits. Your fund can explain the amount you may claim and any claiming requirements. You are responsible for any part of the consultation fee that your fund does not reimburse.

Eligible Veteran Gold or White Card holders may access DVA-funded psychological care. Coverage depends on your card and treatment entitlements, including any approved mental health cover. Speak with your GP about a referral and provide your card details before your first appointment.
Referrals generally follow DVA treatment cycle arrangements, with GP review and a new referral needed for further treatment. For eligible services accepted under DVA arrangements, the DVA fee is accepted as full payment without a gap. Please confirm your eligibility and any required approvals with Tracey before booking.

If you have an accepted TAC claim, funding may be available for psychological treatment related to your transport accident injuries. Obtain a referral from your treating doctor and provide your TAC claim number before your appointment.
Treatment must meet TAC funding requirements, and approval may be needed depending on your circumstances and treatment history. TAC pays up to its scheduled rate; a gap may apply if the consultation fee is higher. Confirm treatment approval and any out-of-pocket costs with TAC and Tracey before attending.
You can book directly with Tracey as a private client without a referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan. This may suit people who are not eligible for funding, prefer to self-fund, or have used their available rebates.
When you self-fund without claiming a rebate or other funding, you pay the full consultation fee. Please contact Tracey for current fees before booking, so you can make an informed decision about the cost of your care.
